Spinach & Artichoke Dip

9 Servings, Each Count as: 1 Life Carb, 1 Life Fat

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen spinach, drained and thawed
1 cup cooked and chopped artichoke hearts
1/2 cup chopped white onions 
1 tsp fat-free Italian salad dressing
1/2 tsp salt
Dash black pepper 
1 cup light sour cream 
2 Tbsp dried onion 
1 tsp garlic powder 
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
1. In large mixing bowl combine spinach, artichokes, onion, and salad dressing. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 
2. Fold sour cream and blend well. Add dried onion, garlic, and parmesan cheese. Chill for at least 1 hour.
