Almond Chai Tea

2 Servings, Each Counts as: 2 Life Carbs, 1 Life Fat 


Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened almond milk 
2 black tea bags
2 tsp chai spice 
1 tbsp maple syrup 

Directions
1. Place almond milk and tea bags in a small pot. Turn heat to medium/high and bring to a boil. Immediately remove from heat and let the tea steep for 3 minutes.
2. Remove tea bags from almond milk and add chai spice and maple syrup. Mix until combined.
3. Serve hot or over ice
