Orange Juice

5 Servings, Each Counts as: 1 Life Carb 


Ingredients
1/4 cup orange juice 
3 tbsp lemon juice 
1 small pitted nectarine 
1 small apple, cut
1 tbsp fresh ginger 
4-6 carrots, peeled 
3-4 sprigs fresh mint 
1-2 cups water 

Directions
1. In a blender, squeeze lemon and orange juice. 
2. Add nectarine, apple, ginger, carrot, mint, and water. Blend until completely combined (30 seconds). 
3. Over a large mixing bowl, drape a thin towel (straining towel) and pour juice. Extract juice from towel into a bowl leaving behind the pulp. Pour in a glass for serving.
