Vanilla Nut Milk

Counts as: 1 Life Protein, 1 Life Carb


Ingredients:
8 ounces skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 packet sugar substitute
Dash nutmeg

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat until warm, stirring frequently; do not bring to a boil.
3. Serve warm.
