Dairy Free Hot Cocoa

2 Servings, Each Counts as: 1 Life Protein, 2 Life Carbs, 2 Life Fats


Ingredients

1 1/2 cup coconut milk 
4 tbsp almond milk 
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup 
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions
1. Using a frother, froth the coconut milk. You can also blend in a blender. 
2. In a small saucepan over low heat, add the 4 tbsp of milk, cocoa powder, syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla.
3. Whisk constantly, until a thick chocolate milk forms. 
4. Once the coconut milk is frothed, turn the heat off your hot chocolate and pour the frothed milk into the saucepan and whisk lightly until the hot cocoa is a light brown and mixed.
