Italian Chicken Breast

6 Servings, Each Counts as:  3 Life Proteins, 3 Life Fats 


Ingredients
6 chicken breasts
10 oz italian dressing
1 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Directions
1. Put chicken breasts in a large zip bag and cover with Italian dressing, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
2. Gently squeeze the air out of the bag and shake bag so all the chicken is covered with dressing.
3. Place the bag in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
4. Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat. 
5. Remove chicken from bag with marinade and season with salt and pepper.
6. Cook chicken on medium-high heat until 165 internal temperature, about 15 minutes.
7. Serve with steamed veggies and enjoy!
