Lemon Water

16 Servings, Each Counts as: 3 Life Carbs 

Ingredients
1-gallon water
3 lemons, juiced
6 oz raspberries
1/3 cup honey
2 sprigs mint 


Directions 
1. Blend raspberries until smooth then add mint and blend till finely chopped. 
2. Mix all ingredients in water until honey is dissolved and serve.
